Our story
It started with a frustration shared by thousands of tutors: the daily grind of juggling Google Calendar, Venmo, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets just to keep a tutoring practice running. Finding students was one challenge. Keeping everything organized after the first session was another entirely.
We interviewed over 200 tutors, parents, and center operators to understand where things break down. The answer was consistent — there was no single tool built for how tutoring actually works. Calendar apps do not understand session packages. Payment apps do not track progress. Messaging apps do not send session reminders.
