How does payment processing work?
TutorLink integrates with Stripe for secure payment processing. Tutors and centers can accept credit/debit card payments, set up recurring billing for ongoing students, and create package deals. Funds are deposited directly to your bank account.
Can parents see session notes and progress?
Yes. On the Professional and Center plans, parents automatically receive session summaries and can view their child's progress dashboard through a dedicated parent portal.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During that time, you can export everything or reactivate your account to pick up where you left off.
